This remote parcel is located about .6 miles north of Old Victoria and a half mile SW of the Ontonagon River as the crow flies. The property is in Michigan’s CFA program. The 80 acres was logged a while back and consists mostly of a young, well stocked aspen stand. There are areas of larger timber along the intermittent creek drainages. The drainages are well stocked with softwood, hardwood and large white pine trees. This tract is located in an area with plenty of wildlife for the hunter and is adjacent to 1,000’s of acres of corporate CFA land and USA National Forest lands. It is excellent habitat for white-tailed deer, black bear, grouse, rabbit, and other mammals and birds. There are plenty of outdoor activities that are available on this property or nearby.
